David was born on November 1, 1951 in Acuitzeramo, Michoacán to David and Virginia Sánchez. On January 3rd 1973 he married Carmen Magaña. They raised three sons, David, Carlos and Alex, and two daughters, Christina and Virginia.
David showed his passion for life In everything he did. He loved farm life particularly his cattle. He took great pleasure in caring for his farm animals. He spent his retired years in Michoacán Mexico with his wife tending to their farm animals. All who visited David in Mexico were sure to enjoy a day in the farm full of horseback riding, hiking, and feeding the farm animals. David was well known for his charisma and sense of humor. He had a way of entertaining anyone he made silly faces to make young children giggle or captivated adults with his life stories.
David was preceded in death by his father David and mother Virginia. He is survived by his wife Carmen, five children Christina, David, Virginia, Carlos and Alex, grandchildren Sergio, Jasmine, Jaquelin, Armando, Christian, Clarissa, Carmen, Vanessa, David and Alex and great grandchildren Brianna, Eliana and Isabella.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 15, 2020 at 10:00AM at St. Anthony Church in Oxnard, CA followed by the procession to Santa Clara Cemetery.
