Orlando (Orly) Cruz Agtarap, age 79 of Oviedo, passed away peaceful at home in the arms of his ex wife on Monday, January 8, 2024. He was born March 7, 1944 in the Philipines.
He joined the U.S. Navy early on and moved to the U.S., where he served and retired honorably after 25 years.
He is survived by his caregiver, Berglind T. Agtarap;
And was greeted in Heaven with open arms by the most beautiful angel, his daughter Lourdes Agtarap.
