Jo Ann Brown, age 86 of Winter Springs, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024. She was born November 24, 1937 in Amiga, West Virginia.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Brown of Winter Springs; sister, Jean Mark of Orlando and many who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Verna Koger and two brothers, Robert and Richard Koger.
