Tom was a devoted husband to Loretta, a loving father to Paula, Kevin, Jo Anne & Thomas W, and a cherished grandfather to 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. His family was his pride and joy.
Tom was known for his warm heart and generous spirit. He was member of Queen of the Holy Rosary parish for 63 years and served as a Eucharistic minister for many years along with other volunteer roles. Also, Tom spent many years volunteering his time coaching his children and grandchildren in a variety of sports.
Tom had a highly successful career in the insurance business, retiring from Kansas City Life in 1995.
Tom is preceded in death by his infant daughter Kelly Frances and grandson Ryan Freeman Maher.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones forever.
A special thank you to the many caregivers that helped Tom during his final weeks on earth.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 10:30 am at Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 9:45 am with a Rosary at 10:15 am. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
