Robert was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Legion of Mary during his life. He was a long-time member of Queen of the Holy Rosary and was very involved with a lot of different church activities. He was also known to make his own variety of wine and gift it to friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his son and daughter-in-law, Robert A. Moyer, Jr. Moyer (Elaine); parents, Robert and Delphia Moyer; and siblings, Roberta, Dorothy, Gladys, Herbert and Newton.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki Kay Moyer (nee Birdsell); children, Stephen B. "Ben" Moyer (Leslie), David W. Moyer and Michael P. Moyer.
Robert's visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M., followed by his Memorial Mass at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023 at Queen of the Holy Rosary, 7023 W. 71st Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66204. He will be laid to rest in Highland Cemetery, Prairie Village, Kansas.
