Edith "Edie" Nina Foree

Memorial Service will be 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Church of the Resurrection - Firestone Chapel "Building B", 13720 Roe Avenue, Leawood, Kansas 66224. Memorial contributions are suggested to Friends of the Arboretum, P.O. Box 26392, Overland Park, Kansas 66225.

Edie was born on July 23, 1937 in Grantsburg, Wisconsin to Oscar and Minnie Ekstrom. She was a retired reading teacher. Edie loved traveling and being with her family. Her joy was her grandchildren. She walked daily with a deep faith in the Lord. Edie was a very amazing pie maker and was known for that within the family.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Lee Foree; daughter, Susan Marie Price (Ben); grandchildren, Olivia Nina Ann Price and Ian Robert Price.
