After a prolonged illness, Bill passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at the age of 82 and is now in the presence of his Lord and Saviour. He is survived by his loving wife Ramona and four children: Paula (Derek) of Burnaby BC, Linda (Dave) and Douglas (Susan) both of Chicago, IL and Mark (Courtney) of Ottawa, ON, and ten grandchildren. He spent his career working in various capacities for the Communications Security Establishment (CSE). Friends are welcome to visit McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, on Saturday, February 15th from 9:30 am until time of the funeral service at 10:30 am.
