It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020 at the Ottawa General Hospital, surrounded by family. He will be greatly missed by his daughters, Terry and Debbie, and his 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Bill led a full life including his service with the RCMP and was an accomplished French horn player and instructor. He will now join his beloved wife, Helen, and his favorite dog, Winston.
