Thérèse Normand Bédard

Passed away quietly at the age of 90 years and is no doubt reunited in heaven with her beloved husband Maurice Bédard. Loving mother to three daughters; Rose Marie Barthe, Marianne Reil and Raymonde Perrett, mother-in law to; Michael Barthe and Allan Perrett. Grandmother to Andrew and Matthew Barthe, Joshua, Eric and Phillip Reil, Tanya, Anya and Dasha Perrett and great-grandmother to Bianca and Cohen Barthe. She was predeceased by her dear sister Raymonde Vetrie. She will be remembered by many nieces and nephews.She loved the cottage life, fishing for hours, had a passion for reading, dancing, and playing cards as well as harboring a life-long sweet tooth. The family wishes to thank Dr. Yelle and all of the wonderful staff at St Louis, Brier-Long Term Care in Orleans for their time, loving attention and compassionate care they gave Mom during her stay. Friends may pay their respects at the Racine Robert et Gauthier, Funeral Home at 180 Montreal Road. A private interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Humane Society for the care of animals as mom so loved cats and dogs.
