Passed away after a short battle with cancer. Dear daughter of the late Samuel and Marguerite Desrochers. Beloved wife of James (deceased). Loving mother of Kimberly, Michael, Paula and Cathleen. Cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She will be remembered by many nephews, nieces and friends. Family and friends are invited at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Rd., Ottawa (613-241-3680) on Wednesday, October 26 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, October 27 from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at St- Ignatius Church, 518 Donald St., Ottawa at 11 am. In memory of Mrs. Tunney, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
