Born in Alexandria, Ontario on July 2, 1921. Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on August 13 at the age of 94. Survived by his beloved wife Mildred (nee Hayes). Survived by brothers and sisters Lorraine, Estelle, Bruno, Laurent, Merilda and Jeanne and their families. Predeceased by brothers Laurier and Claude and sister Claire. Special thanks to Ray and Joan McMahon for their love and support throughout the years. Visitation at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Tuesday, August 18 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. at Resurrection of Our Lord Church, 1940 Saunderson Drive. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.
