I worked with Paula for many years on the 2nd Level HR helpdesk.  Paula always had a smile which would make her beautiful blue eyes stand out.  She was a beautiful, lovely and patient person. Paula was a special person, a big heart with lots of passion - we had lots of fun together when she started working for the government with me in the late 80's and for a few decades to follow.  She didn't have an easy life but her faith and good humour always kept her strong no matter what life threw at her.  She was a hard worker who loved being 'Colombo' and digging for a solution to help people, and she was just as tenacious in her personal life as well!  I will miss her greatly as will everyone who was close to her....54 is just too young for a person so full of life!
