Peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband of Mary for 53 years. Beloved father of Sonia Tannis (Mike), Moe and Andre (Melissa). Dear Jido of Shayna, Marina, Kaitlin, Ricky, Elijah (Krista), and Super Jido of Emma. Survived by his loving sisters Nouhad Adam (Antoine) and Najla Saab (George); and many nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Sunday, November 11, 2012 from 2-5 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service on Monday at 11 am at St.Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Dr at Ridgewood Ave. Interment Beechwood Cemetery. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to his personal caregivers, Darlene, Maribel and Melanie as well as Dr. Lane, Dr. Roy and the nursing staff at the Montfort Hospital for their wonderful care.
