Mackenzie Helen Sullivan

Beloved daughter of Dennis and Tammy Sullivan (nee Rutley). Loving sister of Briar Bray (Jamie). Predeceased by her grandparents Tom and Bertha Sullivan, Howard and Helen Rutley. She is survived by her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Immediate funeral arrangements are private. A service will be held at a later date.

Donations dedicated on Mackenzie's behalf, can be made to the Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation and the donations will be directed to the Cornwall Hospital-Community Addiction & Mental Health Services.
