Lucien Plante

Peacefully, following a lengthy illness, on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Fernande (née Richer). Loving father of Francine Plante-Lewis (Ken Lewis) and Jean-Marc Plante (Lynda Reece). Much loved grandfather of Krystina Lewis-Nery (Pablo Nery) and Matthew Plante. Survived by his brother Roger (Laurette Talbot) and sisters Thérèse (Garry Brown) and Annette (Rémi Patenaude). Pre-deceased by his loving parents Albert Plante and Irene Perrier and brother Fernand (Nicole Benoit). Fondly remembered by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews. Family and Friends are invited to a memorial mass on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint-Thomas d’Aquin Church, 1244 Kilborn Place, Ottawa, followed by a reception at the church. Donations in memory of Lucien may be made to the Alzheimer Society. The family of Lucien would like to sincerely thank the staff at Elisabeth Bruyère for their compassionate care.
