Kathleen Finnigan

Kathleen passed away peacefully at the Montford hospital, Ottawa, on Tuesday March 18, 2014 at the age of 87. She is survived by her children Susan Wallace (Tom Brown), Patrick Wallace (Patti), and Kathy Wallace; her grandchildren Derek Wallace (Tara) and Shane Wallace (Sarah); her sister Evelyn Buck, and several nieces and nephews. Kathleen is predeceased by her son Neil Ruairi Callum Wallace, her father John Finnigan, her mother Annie Diamond, and her siblings Anne, Patrick and Terry. She is also survived by her ex-husband and friend Gordon Wallace, and extended family members. Friends are invited to a memorial reception at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home 1411 Hunt Club Rd. on Saturday April 5, from 2 to 4 pm. Due to a scent allergy, the family asks that visitors refrain from wearing perfumes, and flowers are gratefully declined. In memoriam donations can be made to the Alzheimers Society.
