Passed away on December 9, 2011 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of Roger Simard. Loving mother of Rick (Kathy), Carole (Tim Love) and Shelia Preece. Cherished grandmother of Derrick, Mark, Barbara, Sheryl, Ryan and Jonathan, she also leaves great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Brian, Sandra and Judy. Family and friends may pay their respects on Sunday December 11, 2011 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Rd, Ottawa). A Funeral service will be held on Monday December 12, 2011 at 1p.m. at the chapel. In memory of Mrs. Simard, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
