Peacefully at The Valley Stream Manor on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at the age of 69 years. Beloved wife of the late Dennis O‘Brien. Loving mother of Dan (Lori Harquail). Survived by her sister Marie Crow and her close friend Phyllis Collins. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 141 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. to Our Lady of the Visitation Church, 5338 Bank Street, followed by interment in the Parish Cemetery. In memoriam donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
