George Doré

Passed away peacefully on July 13, 2014 at the age of 90. Son of the late Eugène Doré and the late Victoria Larabie and beloved husband of the late Cécile Laframboise. Loving father of Jacqueline (late Bruno), Rollande (Gordie), Gisèle (Guy), Suzanne (late Robert), Richard (Johanne), Michel (Hélène) and Diane (Michel). Cherished grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Paul (Lucile), Carmène (late Glorian), Pierette (late Viennay), Claude (Madeleine), Claudette (late Fernand). He also leaves many nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends. He was predeceased by his daughters Marie-Paule (late Tom) and Louise (Gervase), his sisters Rita (late Maurice), Georgette (late Roland) and Denise (Maurice). The family would like to thank the Palliative Care at Bruyère Continuing Care for the good care provided. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday July 22, 2014 at 11a.m. at St-Louis-Marie-de-Montfort Church (749 Trojan Ave, Ottawa). The family will receive condolences from 10:30a.m. In Memory of Mr. Doré, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
