We were very sorry to hear of the passing of Frank. Your Mom and Dad were great neighbours, we had many great chats over the years. Frank will certainly be missed.

Dear Kelly, Mike and Heidi

    We will always remember your dad fondly, watching him come in to the finish line at the Ottawa Marathon,talking to him about running and the theraputic value of polka music, and most recently chatting with him at the Court at Barrhaven where my  mother often commented on what a kind and caring gentleman he was. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

A little known fact about Frank Adams is that he was one of the greatest gymnasts ever developed in the Ottawa area. In the early post war era at Collegiate level he was the best. He leaves fond memories for many of us.

Heidi, Kelly and Michael, we are so sorry for your loss.  Uncle Frank was a great, kind and caring man.  Always had a smile on his face.  we have fond memories of him and he will forever be in our hearts.

Your dad was such a wonderful fixture here on the River Road. Sadly missed by all.

On behalf of retirees of the Canadian Intellectual Property Office I extend condolences and good wishes to the family of Frank Adams.  I knew him well in the Patent Office, although we worked in different sections of the office.  Frank attended our retirees luncheon from 1994 to 2012. I met him recently behind the cash desk at Miller's Oven in Manotick, where he worked as a volunteer.  He will be fondly missed by many people, including me.

Kelly, to a lady I have always considered a dear old friend, on behalf of myself and family and other old friends, deepest condolences and prayers sent out to you and your family. Knowing how caring and loving you always were Kelly, can only confirm what a caring and loving man your DAD obviously had to be.

Dearest Mike, Shelda, Madison and entire Adams family.  Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of Frank.  You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Please accept my condolences.Frank was a neighbour for 20 years or so. I was always amazed at how each and every day, in any weather, he made his daily run which in later years became a walk. His perserverence was most admirable.

So sorry for your loss.  I enjoyed chatting with Frank in the past on Tuesday mornings when he was working at the Miller's Oven.  He will be missed.  I remember him bringing in Christmas cake for us Friday volunteers after Rhoda passed away.  He was a great caregiver to her and we will miss having him around.       Anne Middaugh
