After a brave battle with cancer, Doug left us on Sunday November 26, 2017 at the age of 70. He was the loving and devoted husband of Lynne Walter, son of Jean Mallon(Lorne Mallon), brother of Don Mallon, loving father of Jennifer and Krista Mallon(Andrew Savoia), loving step-father of Angie Walter ( Jeff Boucher). Proud and adoring grandfather of Drew and Riley Sherman. He will be missed by his nieces, nephews and good friends. A celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Thursday November 30 from 2 till 4 p.m. at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home & Chapel 1411 Hunt Club Road and Albion Road. In memoriam donations to the Canadian Red Cross would be appreciated.
