Peacefully at the Extended Care West End Villa, it’s with sadness we announce the passing of David (Larry) a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend; on June 28, 2017 in Ottawa at the age of 79. Beloved son of the late Irene and David Jodoin, Father of Carole (Jonathan), Jean (Sylvie), Susan (David) Anne (Jimmy), Helene (Brian), Diane (Roger) Rachelle (Marc). Grandfather of Chantal (Phil), Sean, Michelle, Mathieu J., Cameron, MacKenzie, Melanie, Vincent, Selena, Amanda, Eric, Mathieu S., Heather, Ashley, Sadie, Fanny and Kathy. Great-grandfather of Noah, Chase, Chloe, and Dante. Dear brother of Therese (Ronald St-Louis), Maurice (Pauline), Rose (Paul) Brazeau, Lorraine (late Randy Lefebvre), Roger (Collette), the late Rene Jodoin, and the late Irene (Nelpha Valliere). David will be missed but remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa). Condolences will start at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
