Suddenly in hospital on January 4, 2013, Dave, beloved husband of Judy (Sleeman). Father of Chris (Chantal) and Mike (Lee Ann). Proud Grandpa of Mat, Josh and Jordan. Special Grandpa Dave to Jessica, Dustin and Chris. Predeceased by his parents Eric and Rilla Eardley (Broadhead). Dave was a proud past Master of Ashlar Lodge A. F. & A. M. and Past President of L. A. Shrine Club. Visitation at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel. In memory of Dave, donations to the Shriners Hospital for children or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. The family also thanks the 7th floor and ICU staff at the General Hospital for their compassionate care.
