Florence G. (Habegger) Braden Tucker, 93, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012 at River Terrace Estates. She was born January 22, 1919 in Adams County, Indiana to the late Jacob and Lavina (Neuenschwander) Habegger. She work for over 14 years as a staff nurse at Navistar and then worked for 18 years as a registered nurse at Lutheran Hospital, retiring in 1988. She was a member of Living Faith Missionary Church. She graduated from Berne High School in 1937, then attended Fort Wayne Bible College and graduated from Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing in 1949. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her 1st husband, Clarence Braden in 1989; 2nd husband, Ansel Tucker in 2002; and 12 brothers and sisters. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at Living Faith Missionary Church, 17715 State Road #1 South, Yoder, IN 46798. Visitation will be on Monday, September 24, 2012 from 4 to 8 P.M. at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill Street, Ossian, IN 46777. Burial will be in MRE Cemetery, Berne, Indiana. Preferred memorials may be made to Living Faith Missionary Church.
