Barbara L. Kuhn

Barbara Kuhn, 89 passed peacefully in her sleep, early in the morning on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 with her caregiver by her side. Her ex-daughter in-law Trudy has been a Godsend and constant by her side. Barb always said she was like a daughter she never had. Her grandson, Austin has spent many days taking her to lunch and just spending time with his grandmother. Barb had a good friend, Ann, that was like a daughter to her too. She spent many hours lunching, talking, and shopping. Barb retired from General Electric and then enjoyed her time working at Heyerly's Bakery. Barb was a wonderful, loving person that was loved by everyone. She was the perfect mother-in-law for Debby. She loved her family dearly and had a tremendous love for cats. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings; and her sons, Duane and Mark. She leaves behind one son, Scott (Debby) Kuhn; five grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill Street, Ossian, Indiana 46777 with visitation one hour prior.
