Ann Marie Thomas

Ann Marie Thomas, 77, of Ossian, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2022, in her home. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she was a daughter to the late Donald and Martha (Hart) Hunter. Ann worked, and later retired, from Roger's Market as a cashier. She was a devoted member of the Ossian Church of the Nazarene, and enjoyed activities such as playing euchre, crocheting, reading, crafting, and spending quality time with her friends in the yellow apartments. Ann is survived by her son, Donald (Vicki) Thomas of Ossian; daughter, Debra (John) O'Shaughnessy of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Zachary (Ashley), Chloe, Johnathan, Kellee, and Collin; one great-grandchild, Maizey; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Jerry Thomas; daughter, Deanna Thomas; and sister, Dorothy Robinson. Funeral services for Ann will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill Street, Ossian, Indiana 46777, with visitation two hours prior from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
