Frank was loving father to Cathy (Mike), Luigi (Tiphanie) and Tony (Heather).
Cherished Nonno to Vasili, Dimitri, Frankie, Dylan, Calista, Samantha, Bianca and Elizabeth. He will be deeply missed by his sister Silvana (Gino predeceased).
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Luigi and Caterina, and his sister, Maria (survived by brother-in-law Gaetano).
He will be deeply missed by his extended family and many friends.
Frank immigrated to Canada in 1971 and was a proud member of the Oshawa Italian Recreational Club, where he found joy in playing cards and sharing stories with friends. He had a deep love for cooking and cherished sharing meals with family and friends. Known for his sweet tooth, he never missed a chance to indulge in his favorite chocolates. Traveling to Italy brought him great joy, allowing him to reconnect with his heritage.
Visitation will be held at the Oshawa Funeral Home at 847 King Street West, Oshawa, Ontario L1J 2L4 on Wednesday April 9th 2025 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and at 6:00pm to 8:00pm. A service will be held in the Chapel at the Oshawa Funeral Home on Thursday April 10th 2025 at 10:30am followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers the family are kindly asking for donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
