To Ken, Caroline and Sam's beautiful sisters and partner in crime James. Sam was truly an amazing person. You could be having the worst day and she would turn it into the best day just by being around her. I cannot begin to express my condolences or sorrow for you because words are just not enough. I was lucky enough to meet Sam about 7 years ago, and we spent more time laughing over a few drinks than I can possibly remember. She was such a fun, charismatic, and loving/lovely human being. I'm sure that I'm not alone in saying that I'll never forget her, or the positive impact that she had on my life.

Still can not believe Sam is gone.  Not a day goes by that I don't think of her and the pain her family is going through right now.
