Passed away at home on Wednesday, February 18th, 2015. Beloved husband of Maureen Elliott. Loving son of Anne and the late Ronald and his wife Jeannette Proudfoot. Dear brother of Graham. Fondly remembered by his brothers-in-law John Joe Elliott, Jimmy Elliott and Tom Elliott. Proud uncle of Jade Elliott. Neil will be missed by his many friends.
