Sincere condolences from all the nurses that worked with Mary Ann when she worked at Oshawa General on 7 main she had a bubbly personality and lighted up our lives when she worked nights with us, we had lots of laughs to get us through our long night shifts. Thoughts and prayers to the family left behind, lots of good memories to remember her by.

 I haven't had the courage to write you as I knew that once I did, I need to admit that you are really gone.  The past couple of days I have expected to see you pop by for a tea or give me an early 6am call on Saturday morning.  Of course you haven't and it kills me that you can't.  When you died a big part of my died as well.  You were the heart and soul of our family.  You were the one that that made all of our family gatherings interesting and fun.  You are one of a kind Mare and no one will be able to take your place.  

Mare I look forward to the day that I will get to see you again.  You are not just any angel you are my sissy angel.

For the short time we worked with Maryann on the night shift at Community Nursing home, Pickering we got to know her as a kind, warm and bubbly person.  It was fun sharing recipies and all her creative ideas. She always have a lively laughter. She will always be remembered by Paulette and Ciscilyn. It is so hard to believe that our Mary Ann is now in heaven in the arms of our Beloved Lord with our predeceased family by her side.  Mary Ann will always be remembered as a strong vibrant women who lived her life to the fullest. We are so sad of the passing of Mary Ann.  Your family over the last 3 weeks has become like our own and there are no words to express our sorrow.  Mary Ann suffered terribly, as did you ALL as you stood helplessly by her side! She was lucky to have all of you supporting and trying to help her through her struggle.

Seeing you every day at the hospital was comforting to us as well during our time with my father, and you are all missed.

I worked with her on the night shift at Strathaven.  She had such a lovely warm personality with a bubbly outlook on life she will be sadly missed by all who knew her.   She was loved by all the girls there.  Thoughts and prayers for her family, she spoke so highly of her sons and was so proud of them and so in love with her hubby.  God has called home an amazing angel.
