Passed peacefully in her sleep, on Wednesday, August 16th, 2017 at Hillsdale Estates, Oshawa, in her 93rd year. Cherished wife of Len for 70 years. Loving mother of Jim (Susan), David (Fran), Carl (Barb) and Catherine. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Mary, Claire, Elwood (Rena), Christina (Ben), Michael (Natasha), Steven (Jenna), Mark (Ashley) and Leda. Great grandmother of Elizabeth, Isabelle and Curtis. Resting at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) with visitation to take place on Tuesday, August 22nd from 1:30 p.m. until the time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the Oshawa Shrine Club or the Alzheimer Society are greatly appreciated.
