Jessie Elizabeth Walker Gerrow

After a brief illness, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Sunday, March 18th 2012, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Maunsell Gerrow. Loving mother of Victoria Cubitt (Garry) and Bill (Gail). Devoted grandmother of Catherine Switzer (Paul), Christopher Cubitt (Stephanie) and Luke Gerrow. Great grandmother of Abigayle and Kaitlyn Switzer, and Nathan Cubitt. Dear sister of Doris Grills of Port Perry and predeceased by brother Robert Walker. Survived by sister-in-law Kay Walker. Fondly remembered by her nephews and their families. Jessie will be missed by her many friends at the Court in Brooklin. Longtime member of Christ Memorial Anglican Church. She sang in the choir and was an active member of the ACW, and a member of the Westmount Kiwanettes. Visitation will be held CHRIST MEMORIAL ANGLICAN CHURCH (81 Hillcroft St., Oshawa) on Friday, March 23rd from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert. Donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Christ Memorial Anglican Church.
