Elaine Frances Howes Kinsman

(February 4th, 1927 – March 20th, 2011

Fittingly, for a lovely woman who so dearly loved her garden and the outdoors, on the first day of spring Elaine passed away peacefully at Hillsdale Estates surrounded by her family. Elaine was the loving wife of the late Leonard George Kinsman (1983) and daughter of the late Jim and Alice Howes. Loving mother of Sharon (Dave Broadbent) and Tom (Bonnie Chant-Kinsman). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jeff, Brian, Korina, Marianne and Melissa and great grandchildren Robert, Carly, Nicholas, Kaitlin and Emma. Beloved sister of Bill Howes (Bunny), late Gerry Sennott (Bob) and late Jim Howes (Marie). Sharon, Tom and family heartily thank all the loving staff of Moonlight Bay at Hillsdale for their infinite efforts attending to caring for and comforting Elaine in every way. Also, sincerest gratitude to Dr. Conley who treated Elaine with compassionate respect and dignity throughout her terrible ordeal with Alzheimers. Friends may call at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King St. West (905-721-1234) for visitation on Friday, March 25th from 1:00 P.M. until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 3:00 P.M.
