Passed away peacefully in the early morning of August 16, 2012, in his 69th year surrounded by his family. David lost a courageous battle with cancer and this world lost a wonderful and unique man. Deeply loved and will be remembered always by his children Amy & Sara, his cherished companion Megan and niece Nancy. Beloved Grandpa to Ewan & Alina. He will also be forever loved and missed by all of his friends. David was a respected businessman and fountain of knowledge for all of those who crossed his path. A special thanks to his beloved team of fabulous people Chris, Joe and Lori whom over the years have become extended family. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, August 21st from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, August 22nd at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
