Peacefully at the Golden Plough Lodge, Cobourg on Tuesday December 30th, 2014 at 93 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Donald J. Riggs for 69 years. Loving mother of Randy and his wife Marjorie. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Sean and his wife Kelly and Carla and her husband Daniel. Predeceased by her brother Garfield Peters and his wife Fran. Toddy will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905 721-1234) on Friday January 9th from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment Mount Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to Kingsview United Church would be appreciated.
