My sincere condolences to Barry's family. I'm so sorry to hear of his loss. He had a great personality and smile I will always remember.

Barry, from the moment I met you I knew we would be good friends, the way Janet's eyes light up when she spoke of you was such a wonderful thing to experience, there was a lot of first's for her with your relationship, and I will be forever grateful to you because of how you made my best friend feel. The love was undeniable and wonderful. I can never repay you for this. You are such a wonderful person inside and out, and I am grateful for the time I got to spend with you and Janet.  It was such a joy to be around you guys.  Barn shoes was a blast, we were both so competitive and loved the game.  You will forever be in my heart.

Bob, Jenny, Bryan and Janet..... Mom and I are terribly sorry for your loss.  I know it has been many years since the last time we saw you, however, we were in complete shock when we read it in the paper.  We want to send you our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Bob, Jenny and Bryan, 

When I opened the paper tonight I was in complete disbelief to learn of Barry's passing.  It has been over thirty years since I've seen him but I will never forget that smile, the times sitting in your basement watching black and white TV and losing a tooth during a wrestling match on some lawn back on Ormond Dr.  Barry was unforgettable and as I still vividly remember a boy from thirty years ago I know his memory will never fade and in thirty more years people will still look back on his life with a smile on their face. 
I am so sorry for your loss.  As a mother of two sons I can not imagine your sorrow.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  As are my dad's Jim Martin.

I worked with Barry at KONECRANES for 11 years. Barry will be greatly missed but his warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit will be remembered forever.

I have worked with Barry for over 10yrs at Konecranes.  Barry true kindness was evident one night when he and I were travelling home from Fischers, NY.  I hit a cement block with my truck and damaged the heating/cooling system.  It was late and very cold.  Barry was in his car behind me.  I asked if he could take me to a hotel and I would get it fixed the next day.  Instead, Barry went to the local Autozone to get the needed parts to fix my truck.  He climbed under the car in the snow and freezing temperatures and fixed my truck on the side of the road while I sat inside his warm vehicle.  Barry insisted it would only take him a minute.....and it did.  He always had time to help a friend.  Barry will be missed by all of his Konecranes family.

I knew of you before I knew you, and all the amazing things that you helped Janet accomplish I will always remember. Always enjoyed joking around when we met up, and I'm very sorry to hear the news. I'll never forget our ziplining trip, and we never did get back to do the expert course! You really did make Janet happy, and for that I am extremely thankful. My condolences to your loved ones, though words will never be enough to replace you in their hearts.

Bob and Jenny.....please accept my deepest sympathies.  You are doing the unspeakable...burying a son.  No parent should have to do that. I can't pretend to imagine your sorrow.....know that you are in my thoughts.

Words cannot begin to express how saddened I am to hear that we have lost such an amazing person. I had the pleasure of working as Barry's Admin at Konecranes. I will remember Barry as hardworking with the drive and skills to succeed. He was always there to encourage his coworkers and praise a job well done. I also thought of Barry as a friend, I will remember his kindness and quick wit that could brighten the most stressful of days.
