At the Lakeridge Health Whitby on Friday, September 23rd, 2011 in his 78th year. Predeceased by his wife Geneva (nee Kruschenske), and brother Wilfred. Survived by his step children Rachel and Mitchell and brother Marcellin (Ethel) Aucoin, and his sisters Marie Helene (Raymond) Chiasson, Laurette (Eugene) MacGillivary, Elizabeth (Albert) Nugent, Rita (Joseph) Breininger, Therese (Bill) McCue, and sister-in-law Claudette, and many nephews, nieces as well as many great great nephews and nieces. Memorial visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, Oshawa (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, September 28th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 29th in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke, Ontario, on Friday at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
