William was born in Washington, DC on November 15, 1961. He was the third child of six.
He was predeceased by his (Father) Carlton E Powell, (Mother) Joanne M Powell, (Brother-in-law) Raymond. He is survived by his sister’s and brother, Carol A Feny (Frank), Ellen M Ganbin (Roger Lee), Thomas A Powell, Marie A Scott, and Kathleen M Powell (Chris)
He was a very hard worker at Toys-R-Us for 30 + years, He loved NASCAR racing and wrestling.
He will surely be missed by his family and all who knew him.
Funeral arrangements have been made for Friday, October 21, at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home
graveside service will be Friday October 21, 2022 at 9 am at Volusia Memorial Park 548 N Nova Rd Ormond Beach, Florida 32174
