

Pasquale Louis DeMeo, better known as Pat, was a caring and loving man and resident of Ormond Beach, Florida. Pat passed away on June 28, 2024, after a long illness. He was 81 years old.
Originally from Somerville and Waltham Massachusetts, in 1998 he and his loving and now deceased wife Amy Lou Wullen Murphy-DeMeo, moved to the sunshine state. Pat is survived by his daughter Kristin DeMeo and sister Claire DeMeo. Pat is also survived by his loving family that include sisters- and brothers-in-law, Karen and John Garibaldi, Gary and Shaun Goodrich, and Lynn Murphy; many nieces and nephews among Cynthia and Christopher Garibaldi, Conor, Colin, and Logan Goodrich, and Caitlyn and Mikayla Treem; and many great nieces and nephews.
Early in life he started off working at his parent's restaurant, the Victory Cafe on Moody Street in Waltham. Afterwards, he served in the Army National Guard, graduated from Northeastern University, and worked as a service manager and president for well known companies. Up until his passing, he worked as an executive vice president for a prestigious design and construction firm in Daytona Beach.
Pat had a great tan, loved his family, maintained a beautiful home, and enjoyed boating, fishing, and golf. He was always direct to the point! He loved having dogs. He found the ocean to be tranquil and peaceful and enjoyed the waves, sand, and the sun.
While there will be no service or calling hours, donations can be made to a charitable organization of your choice, such as a cancer society or an animal shelter.
