Mary Elizabeth Kress 63, of Ormond Beach passed away recently. She was born June 9, 1948 in Jacksonville, Fl. daughter of the late Marguerite (Linehan) and William Curry McDowall. Mary Beth was a graduate of Seabreeze High School and the University of Florida. She is a retired Volusia County teacher and taught at Bonner Elementary School for most of her career. Left to cherish her memory is her brother and sister-in-law Michael McDowall and Joyce of Ormond Beach and their daughter Amanda, her sister, Judith Fesko and husband Robert of Longboat Key, Fl. Many cousins, including Kym (Linehan) Craig and husband Jonathan of Lynn, Ma. also will grieve along with several nieces and nephews. She will be missed. Funeral services will be private.
