Marie, was a loving,caring and very smart lady.She knew a lot about everything and was always willing to help anyone. She is truely missed .

Can’t believe it’s been two years. She is so missed what a beautiful woman such a caring person.

Marie was my Angel on earth. She always had a kind word to share or a story that would leave your heart full with joy. She has left of legacy for all who loved her. Live a life that maintains a zeal to travel and experience all the amazing gifts the the good Lord has give to us. Treat others  as if they were the most important person you have ever met. Love family and others genuinely. Because you were here the world was a better place. God Bless you Ma. You were a blessing to all whom you knew you . Prayers for your family for the loss of Marie. I first met her in 1964 when I was hired by the Orthopedic Clinic. We worked together until I married and moved in 1966. We regained contact many years later when I met Cindy Tenbroek.  We have shared many laughs, serious conversations and tried solving world problems since then.  She will be missed.  

Marie you were my mentor my boss my friend   & my traveling companion.  We hads sons just two weeks apart so we compared parenting joys, fears and tears. I helped patch up the boys when they got hurt  playing football, water sports or whatever they got into.  You were my strength when my son Jamie died .  We worked hard together and we laughed hard together .  We were proud to have been part of The Orthopaedic Clinic.  It has been a privilege to have been included in Davis family gathering s and to have Marie call me friend.  I know I am a better person because Marie  Davis was part of my life.
My sincerest sympathy and prayers go out to Doug,  Diane and Doug,Jr, Brad,  Connie  and Noah.   
I will miss her  every day for the rest of  my life.

Marie, You will be missed by all. There was not a thing she did not  know. She was very knowledgable. A lovely lady full of love and laughterv. Thanks for the memories.

Marie was always there for us growing up.  We spent several sleepovers at their home.  Her and Doug were great friends with my parents.   She was the smartest person I have ever met concerning college football!  Marie...we thank you.   Sending prayers to the family.  Bruce and Karen Ash.

There’s no way to capture in words the enormity of Marie’s impact on those around her: bigger than life, kinder than any, joyful, loyal, dedicated and accomplished. She was my dad’s first hire, before I was even born, my first boss, and one of the most sincere mourners at Dad’s passing. He appreciated Marie deeply, and so do we all. No job too small, no ask too big: Marie is timeless.  What a blessing her memory is. A life well lived. Deep hugs to family and friends: we’ll miss her so. 

Marie I am so sad that you are not with us here anymore but I know that you are at peace now. You are with your husband Doug and many others that you knew and loved. From the time my family moved next door to you in 1983 it didn't take us long to become close. We were like family. You use to tell me that I was the daughter you never had and that has always made my heart happy because I thought of you as a Mother I am glad I got to spend some time with you so near the end. You were the strongest person I know. You were my neighbor first but then we became good friends. You were my confidant, mentor and treated me like family. I will miss you

I was sad to hear that Marie is gone.  I haven't seen her in years but her memory is still as big as life!  She interviewed me for my job at The Orthopaedic Clinic, many years ago, and I knew I was going to fit in and feel at home.  She was talkative, friendly and PROUD of the clinic and it's physicians.  It felt like an honor that I got the job.  Over the years, I went to her for many issues (no HR dept in those days.)  She was always forthright about what I could expect from the clinic and what the clinic expected from me.  Sometimes it was in my favor and sometimes NOT but I can honestly say she was always fair and honest.  I loved her humor and admired her.  She was a strong woman that was respected by everyone I know.  God bless you Marie.  I'm sure you and Doug are watching a Miami Hurricanes game, together again.
