Joseph “Joe” Tedesco was born in New York City on August 8th, 1944. He then moved and grew up in Oradell, New Jersey with his family as a young boy. Some of his favorite childhood memories were playing baseball and his families Jersey Shore home. After high school Joe served in Vietnam, 7th Cavalry from 1966-1968. Upon returning from the service, Joe owned beauty salons in Bergen County, New Jersey, where he met his wife Linda of 46 years. The couple has four children: Tony (Maureen), Jennifer (Tom), Vincent (Christina) and Joey (Darla), along with nine grandchildren: Aidan, Thomas, Dominick, Reilly, Jake, Santino, Isabella, Rocco and Siena.
Joe and his family moved to Ormond Beach, Florida in 1993 where he opened Triple Crown Sports, a sports memorabilia store. Joe enjoyed more than anything spending time with his family. He enjoyed playing golf with his friends, bowling, pool/billiards, dining out, wine, reading, cruising, family trips to the Jersey Shore, casinos and watching all sports, especially the New York Yankees.
Joe/Dad/Poppy was a true class act and well respected great man. He could not have been more happy and proud of all of his family, who he loved more than anything. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
