John J. Barron

John Joseph Barron, born February 14, 1923 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, passed away unexpectedly in his home in Ormond Beach, Florida where he resided since 1980. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and World War II. He was a long time independent building contractor in Edgerton, Wisconsin from 1948 until moving to Florida in 1977. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Jean (Price)of Edgerton, Wisconsin. They were married for 68 years. He is also survived by all 6 of their children and their spouses: John Steven married to Donna (Porter) who reside in Phelps, Wisconsin and Englewood, Florida; Jeffrey married to Dianna (Halverson) who reside in St Simons Island, Georgia; Susan married to Fred Falk and then to Philip Engen who reside in Middleton, Wisconsin and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; Jean married to Bruce Skrine who reside in East Falmouth, Massachusetts and Rio Grande, PR; Patricia married to Dennis Doty who reside in Green Cove Springs, Florida; Daniel married to Mary(Uhnken)who reside in Madison, Alabama. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
