Grace Christine Sauter

Grace was preceded in death by her husband Laurence J. Sauter, her parents and her cherished son Michael Allen Berg.

Those who continue to celebrate her life are her sons; Larry Berg and wife Cissy, and Laurence Sauter, Jr. and wife Catherine, her daughters; Catherine Feeney and husband Thomas, and Laura Carman and husband David. She will also be missed very much by her grandchildren.

Grace’s greatest love was her family, she had an immense passion and was a kindred spirit to her many pets and all animals. Grace was a civil servant for the United States Government and after over 30 years of service she retired from the Department of the Army as an editor/writer.

Grace’s family would like to express their deepest thanks to the caregivers at Sarah House II and Halifax Health Hospice for their love and support.

A visitation is scheduled from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. on Monday February 9, 2015 at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home located at 548 N. Nova Road, Ormond Beach, FL. The funeral service will take place at the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. with an interment to immediately follow at Volusia Memorial Park, located at 550 N. Nova Road, Ormond Beach, FL.
