Louise was born December 28th, 1937 in Worcester, MA, raised in Shrewsbury, MA and then became a resident of Eastham in 1978.
Louise was known for her sense of humor and quick wit, her passion for music & writing poetry. Louise was a talented musician and loved playing the piano and singing. Her main dedication was her family and her strong catholic faith.
She was married for 60 years to her beloved husband Peter R. Francke who passed in March of 2015.
Louise was also predeceased by her father William Tinsley, her mother Louise (Ballou) Tinsley, her sister Barbara (Tinsley) Errara.
Louise leaves behind her sister Claire E. Mastro of Eastham, MA, her five children Lisa V. Francke, Eric W. Francke, Andrea L. Francke, Barbara E. Francke & Claire M. Radke, her 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
