Patricia Marie Felock

Patricia M. Felock, 84, formerly of Springdale PA, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at home surrounded by her family and friends. She was born on May 6, 1939, to her parents, the late Andrew and Susan (Sagan) Felock. Ms. Felock graduated from Springdale High School and Slippery Rock State College with a degree in Education. She was a schoolteacher in the New Ken Arnold School District for over 35 years, where she eventually retired. During her years in the New Ken Arnold School District, she was the Swim Team Coach, Cheerleading Coach, and finished her career as the Head Coach of the Girls' Basketball team for Valley High School.

Pat was known as a pillar of strength in her community and was the matriarch of her family who took on the responsibility of raising her sister's four children (Robbie, Susie, Ronald, & Richard Bolam) when she passed away in 1982. Patricia was a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church for 80+ years and was also a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Orlando, Florida.

Pat enjoyed reading books, doing puzzles, and spending time with her family. Pat also volunteered at the library and at church when needed.

Pat is survived by her sister Vivian (Hugh) Lochrane of Dunnellon, Florida, and her brother Tom (Debbie) Felock of Fancy Gap, Virginia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with several cousins and two aunts. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister Marion (Felock) Bolam, her brother Andrew Felock, and her nephew Robert Bolam.

A mass will be held in Pat's honor on Friday, November 10th at 10 am at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church located at 4545 Anderson Road, Orlando, FL 32812. Family and friends are welcome to attend a luncheon afterwards at the home of her nephew Richard Bolam. Burial will follow at Deer Creek Cemetery in Harmarville PA and will be private per her wishes.
