Janet Christine Berard-Baker

Janet leaves behind her spouse of 25 years, Scott Baker; 3 daughters, Janelle Berard of Maine: Melissa Dominique of Pennsylvania, and Ida Baker. Her 1 son Johnathon Baker of Pennsylvania, 4 granddaughters, Hailey Berard of Maine; Carlie Learn, of Pennsylvania, Kelsey Learn of Pennsylvania, and Raquel Baker. Her grandmother, Olivia Aitken of Missouri; Her Father, James Aitken of Florida; and 3 sisters, Mary Walls of Missouri; Laura Bradshaw of Florida, and Dianne Daniels of South Carolina. She was also the Proud Aunt of 11 nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her son, Shawn Berard and her Mother Alice Bauer Daniels.

Janet graduated Central High School in East Corinth, Maine and Colby College in Waterville, Maine with a degree in photography. She was a Proud U.S.A. Air Force Veteran.

She made a career as a freelance photographer and a writer for Thunder Press Magazine. She was also a Master Scuba Diver. Janet was proud member of the Combat Vets Motorcycle Association. She was a member of the 40\8 Club & she was also a member of the American Legion of Watsontown, Pennsylvania.

A memorial service will be held on Nov.26, 2016 from 1:30-3:30 at Spitler Funeral Home in Montoursville, Pennsylvania, 17754. Questions: 570-368-8352
