Jane C. Wilson, 54, passed away Friday, August 29th, 2014 in Orlando, Florida. Jane was born January 12, 1960 in Atlantic City, NJ to the late Harry L. and Jane Christine (Thompson) Truex. She was employed by the Orange County Sheriff’s office as a 911 Operator. Jane had a huge heart. She helped anyone that was in need. Jane would take in the homeless, fed and clothe them. Following in the footsteps of our Lord, Jesus Christ, she would help anyone that was put in her path and did it with joy. She also adopted and became the caregiver for her neighbor and dear friends, Susan Day. Jane is survived by four siblings, Edwin M. Salas (Darline), John J. Salas (Angie), Robert W. Salas (Gail) and Seferina R. Cook (Jeff); beloved cousins, David Doty (Cathie) and Margaretta Stokes; aunts and uncles, Audrey McElhenie, John Thompson (Chris), Joe Thompson (Eleanor) and Bob Thompson; nieces and nephews, Edwin M. Salas Jr, Christopher F. Salas (Donna), Robert W. Salas II, Jake Salas (Michelle), Adria G. Salas and Becca A. Adams (Scott); grand nieces and nephews, Nicholas Fowler Salas, Breanna Christine Salas and Ava Claire Adams and many more extended family and friends. She will also be missed by her Orange Co. Sheriff’s “family” and her faithful companion, Max.
