James B. Cook was born on July 13, 1932 in Proctor, West Virginia. He served in the US Army for Five years. James was preceded in death by his Five brothers and Two sisters. James was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Shelby of 62 years of marriage, three daughters and one son, 7 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. James (Papa) will live forever in our hearts and will be missed always. Rest in Heaven, we love you
