He was born in Tallahassee, Florida on September 13, 1988 to Tara Lynn Heintz and Gerald D. Timmons, Jr.
By trade, Jay enjoyed seasons as a handyman and as a soul helper. In his free time, Jay was full of creativity and kindness – from karaoke, to drawing, to poetry… He loved being in nature. He delighted in traveling with his family. And, he always volunteered to help others, even to a fault – Jay’s huge heart always gave more.
His precious soul will always be remembered and cherished.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather who raised him, William “Papa” D. Giles.
Jay is survived by his mom, Tara Heintz, and dad, Gerald Timmons Jr.; sister, Destiny Timmons, and brother, Ayden Follero; nephew, Donovan Hayes; grandmothers, Brenda Giles and Linda Timmons; and, loving extended family.
